WHAT ENERGY DOES THIS NEW MOON HOLD?
This New Moon is a Super New Moon, meaning it's closer to earth and although we can't see the New Moon, we will certainly feel its energy. This is the last New Moon of the astrological year and before eclipse season begins, making this a very powerful New Moon with strong energies around setting intentions and welcoming new beginnings. We are about to start a new astrological year, begin a new eclipse cycle and New Moons also represent the beginning of the monthly lunar cycle.
LISTEN - TRUST - GO WITH THE FLOW - RELEASE CONTROL
This New Moon wants you to pay attention and listen to your own inner calling. It wants you to drop from your head to your heart, to welcome stillness, to not get caught up in all the detail, to trust and to allow things to flow as they should.
You may feel waves of inspiration under this New Moon energy, new ideas may flow, you may find that you're ready to truly begin a new chapter of your life, to start making your dreams a reality. This is a powerful time to really tune into this energy of new beginnings and to trust in where you're being guided!
Listen to your heart, to the niggles within you, to your intuition, your inner knowing, be present and try to release control where you can, now isn't the time for detailed plans, now is the time to listen, trust and take small steps towards your dreams and desires. You don't need to know how you're going to make things happen, you just need to start and trust in the path you'll be shown. There's something magical that happens when you can truly surrender and trust in divine timing.
There's also an emotional element to this New Moon, so give yourself space to feel, acknowledge and sit with your emotions. Emotions are often helpful at guiding us, so sit with any that may be coming up for you, get curious as to where they may stem from, as it is often in this space, that answers to our questions lie.
It may also be helpful under this energy to pay deeper attention to your inner voice, especially around your dreams and desires. How do you speak to yourself when you take time to dream, does your inner voice encourage you? Does it support you? Or does it tell you all the reasons you can't live your dreams? Get honest with yourself and where you may be holding yourself back!
