We are unable to offer a change of mind exchanges or refunds.
If upon receiving your item(s) they appear to be faulty, please contact us immediately via email. We will require clear photographs of the faulty item(s) and also your order number, please send these upon the initial contact. We will contact you regarding your claim as soon as possible and if agreed offer you a choice of a full refund or store credit.
All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the items.
We are unable to offer refunds for class, workshop or Reiki bookings. All purchases of this type are final, so please ensure that you book carefully.
