Mat Pilates is practiced on the floor in lying, sitting or kneeling positions, combining breath with movement to create a deeper mind-body connection.
My Pilates classes focus on strengthening, toning and stretching the entire body, all while having lots of fun!
Each class is themed to music and all end with a relaxing meditation & foot massage.
Suitable for all levels and abilities, with lots of intensity options and modifications offered.
Yin Yoga is a slower form of yoga, practiced mainly in lying or seated positions and is often described as a moving meditation. Each pose is typically held for 3-5 minutes, which helps to target the connective tissue and joints.
Each Yin Yoga class is themed around an intention, often with a focus on the universal energy of the moon, stars and planets.
